Here at last is the Formal Cut Bear Kilt. It is built very similar to a traditional kilt, with the pleats that go to the top of the kilt and the higher waistband. The Formal Cut Bear Kilt difference is the poly/viscose material for machine washing/drying, (also available in wool), and the choice of velcro or traditional styled strap fastenings.
As you can see in the photo, the pleats on the Formal Cut Bear Kilt are not stitched all the way down each pleat, as you see on our casual kilts. This is to keep the authentic look of a traditional kilt that many of you have been asking for.
